Frozen Yogurt Pops
  Ingredients:
2 cups Flavorite Strawberry Yogurt
1 tblsp fresh lemon juice
2 tblsps light corn syrup
2 tblsps sugar, or to taste
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

Preparation:
1. Have ready eight 3- to 4-oz ice-pop moulds and wooden ice-pop sticks.
2. Purée yogurt, lemon juice, cornsyrup, sugar and 1 cup strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add remaining berries, pulse until mixture is puréed but still has tiny specks of strawberry.
3. Pour into moulds, cover with tops and insert ice-pop sticks. Freeze 4 to 6 hours until hard.
4. To serve: remove tops from moulds. Dip moulds briefly in warm, not hot, water. Gently pull pops out the mould.

You may use the following substitutions:
1. Substitute Flavorite Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt for the Strawberry Yogurt.
2. Substitute Flavorite Pina Colada Yogurt for the Strawberry Yogurt and pineapple chunks for the strawberries.

Lemon Creams with Strawberries
  Ingredients:
1 – Tblsp unflavoured gelatin
3 – 170g Flavorite Lemon Pie Yogurt
2 – 12oz containers of fresh or frozen strawberries


Preparation:
1. Have six 4oz custard cups or moulds ready.
2. sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup cold water in a small saucepan, let stand for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir with spatula over medium-low heat until the gelatin dissolves and the mixture is steaming.
3. Put Flavorite yogurt into a medium bowl, add 1 to 2 drops of yellow food colour if desired. Stir in gelatin with a whisk until well blended. Divide among moulds. Refridgerate at least 4 hours or until set.
4. To unmould: One at a time, dip each mould to the rim in warm (not hot) water for about 10 seconds. Place a dessert plate over mould. Invert plate and mould together and shake down sharply to release cream. Repeat if needed. Spoon strawberries and juice around creams.
Strawberry Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients:
8 oz. Flavorite Strawberry Yogurt 
12 foil cupcake liners
12 vanilla wafers
1 1/2 c. strawberries, sliced
0.3 oz. strawberry sugar-free gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. ice cubes

Preparation:
1. Put cupcake liners in cupcake tins. 
2. Place vanilla wafers in liners, then put the sliced strawberries on the vanilla wafers. 
3. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, then add ice cubes and stir until melted. Blend the Flavorite Strawberry Yogurt into the gelatin mixture. Spoon the gelatin-yogurt mixture onto the strawberries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before using.

Lemon Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients:
8 oz. Flavorite Lemon Pie Yogurt (1 c.)
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
4-6 ice cubes

Preparation:
1. Pour boiling water over gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin begins to thicken. Remove any remaining un-melted ice. 
2. Add Flavorite Lemon Pie Yogurt and beat until smooth. 
3. Pour into dessert dishes or parfait glasses. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes. 
4. Serve with dollop of whipped cream on each and top with maraschino cherry. 5 to 6 servings.

PiƱa Colada Yogurt Dessert

Ingredients:
8 oz. Flavorite Piña Colada Yogurt
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
4 Cardamons crushed or 1 tsp. Cardamon powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. almonds, sliced

Preparation:
Blend first 6 ingredients. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour. After first 1/2 hour, add almonds and raisins by sprinkling over the top. Continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
